  • Won a Bench Press Contest
  • Bench Pressed twice my body weight (310 pounds weighing 150 pounds)
  • Been to Maui, Hawaii
  • Helped build a school in Nicaragua
  • Been charter boat fishing in the ocean
  • Been to the top of the Empire State Building
  • Seen a Broadway Musical
  • Scored a touchdown, hit a homerun, scored a goal
  • Seen the Hoover Dam
  • Seen Niagara Falls
  • Seen a smoking volcano
  • Swam with sea turtles, dolphins, and a shark (all in the wild)
  • Been cliff jumping and rope swinging

  • Visit the Great Pyramid
  • Parasail
  • Skydive
  • View a Space Shuttle launch
  • Finish a 5K race without having to walk DONE!
  • Visit Alaska
  • Photograph a Bald Eagle in the wild
  • Get back down to 145 pounds DONE!
  • Win a local photo contest
  • Have a gallery showing of my photos
  • Visit Coney Island
  • Go on a cruise
  • Photograph hot lava
  • Go surfing
  • Ride in a helicopter

    you made this list directly after watching the movie. =] i’m inspired. i’m going to make one.

    was the bench-press contest over thanksgiving? ha.

    actually, i started the list about 3 hours before we watched the movie. Great movie, though. Sadly the bench press contest was years ago … that weight would break me in half at the moment :P

    How come the Bucket list post doesn’t show up in your blog list?? Cynthia and I went kayaking at Shodack Landing — just south of Albany — and saw at least 15 eagles. You might be able to get some pictures there. Not sure if that is considered to be “in the wild” though.

    The bucket list is an added page on the site, not a blog post - it doesn’t show up in the feed. I’ve heard of Bald Eagles in this area, but I’m yet to actually see one myself. If it’s flying without a leather trainer strap, we’ll call that “in the wild” enough to make the list :P
