Is Spyhunter beatable? I pictured it as going on forever and ever but just getting more difficult. Even if it was beatable you never knew if you were close.
agreed … I believe it’s the same with River Raid, Missile Command, and Space Invaders. And games like Mario Party and Tecmo Bowl are played against other people, so you aren’t beating the game … just the other people you’re playing against. I kept them on the list because I was REALLY good at them. So … ya know … close enough
fair enough. i was just curious if it was actually beatable, because me and a friend of mine were talking about exactly about this topic a few days ago. i.e. is spyhunter beatable? older games seem to recycle the same screen/graphics and just make it harder until it resets you back to the beginning? so i was wondering if you experienced that with spyhunter.
…and then, since NES only had a shelf life of a 2 years, so by the time you were good enough, you would never be able to “beat” the game because it would freeze after 20 minutes of play, and you would have to reset it. i have teeth marks in my controllers as a result.
