Tell me, what good is a debate if either or both parties in the debate are allowed to just say anything they want and no one is there to point out inaccuracies. So now I have to become a political analyst or professor of recent US history in order to make an informed decision regarding who I want to vote for. I’m annoyed. There should be a panel of fact checkers right at the debate who actually turn their microphones off an interject with the truth about a recently stated lie. Then they should have to take a shot from a paint ball gun right to the face for lying. Whoever’s cleaner at the end wins.

I totally agree! I HATED the debate…it was a COMPLETE waste of time in my opinion. it was incredibly confusing and annoying that they could just decide to talk about whatever they wanted. then to hear the announcer at the end say “this was a great debate…showing what great debaters they are” What???? CRAZY! Lovin the paintball idea…I’d bet they’d be more careful about claims they made!
