3 miles is far
Pro, Abi, and I went to the Crossings in Colonie this evening. I ran as follows:
1/4 mile walk – 1 mile jog – 1/2 mile walk – 1 mile jog – 1/4 mile walk
3 miles total … took like 36 minutes
i’m tired now

Back to Biking
So we ordered one of these things:
Schwinn 13-PR150 Trailblazer Joyride Trailer
The plan is to strap the car seat into it so we can go biking (or maybe pro can bike while I run). It’s a two seater, so eventually we’ll be able to tote both our kids around … sounds easy, right :/

Abi at a BBQ today
We had a great time hanging out with friends today at the Richardson house. I took more pictures which I’ll have up soon, but until then here’s one of Abi and mom
