Published by milo under general

I downloaded the audio book … and finally decided to end the torture by about chapter 8. Famous piece of writing, huh?  … whatever

Two Domain Names - Changes

Published by milo under general

At the moment, the website you are viewing is BOTH www.shutupmilo.com AND www.miloandpro.com

Sending and e-mail to kris@shutupmilo.com and kris@miloandpro.com will send an e-mail to the same exact spot … for roughly one year … then shutupmilo goes away as we will not be renewing that domain after it expires. E-mail change notifications will be going out by myself as well as by pro soon.

New Weight Loss Goals

Published by milo under general

Summer’s almost here, time to shed some pounds so I can lounge out on my new deck without grossing out the neighbors. If you remember, one month before Thanksgiving last year I lost about 12 pounds, getting down to 154 pounds. Currently I’m at about 158 pounds - so for the most part, I’ve been able to keep the weight off, but I still have a ways to go.

New goal: 149 pounds by June 30th. My diet will officially start on June 1st (hopefully, the baby will have been born by then). That’s roughly 9 pounds in 4 weeks … or 2ish pounds per week. Should be easy. I’ll keep you posted.

upgrades rule!

OK, the wife and I dropped some loot last night, but for a good cause … photography improvement :) First up, myself … I ordered the Canon 40D camera:

Next up, the wife. She gets my old camera, and bought herself a new lens - the canon 17-55 IS 2.8. It’s an aewsome lens, and I may have to borrow it from time to time. Her setup is going to look like this:

Sorry Gio, we had to sell Pro’s old camera to recover some of the cost of our new purchases. Obviously, I won’t be able to give it to you now :)
