OK, I’ve quickly resized all of the shots from Thanksgiving weekend except the family formals on the couch, I’ll do those with some more care. Also, I’ll be choosing some of the better shots and putting them on my photo blog which means they’ll be bigger, nicer, and most likely black & white.
The images are in reverse chronological order … I don’t know why, and I have no plans to fix that. Lastly, let all of the thumbnails load before clicking on them so the cool black background will come up rather than the stupid other seperate page viewer thingy.

The Goal: 148 pounds by January 1st, 2008
Current Weight: 159 pounds
OK, I gained 4 pounds back over the past 4 days. No big deal, I had a great time. So the goal is roughly the same for phase 2 as it was for phase 1 – 11 pounds in a month-ish.
For phase 2 I may not post everything I eat unless it’s out of the ordinary for me (I’m getting tired of typing out “ham sandwich”). I will post the days I hit the gym.

OK, that wasn’t so bad. Now I get 4 days off to enjoy my Thanksgiving without being a calorie counting freak (of course, I haven’t counted a single calorie yet) – Then my weight loss resumes towards my ultimate goal of 148 by Christmas, or New Years … I forgot which I said.

ps … That scale is gross, I need to clean it

scale sits on the heavy side of 156 … (10 pounds in 30 days)
I have to lose about a pound and half by tomorrow morning … about 25 hourse from now
