scale says 164 this morning – that’s what I thought it was gonna say yesterday
yesterday breakfast -1 slice leftover pizza at 8am
yesterday lunch – 1 slice leftover pizza at 1pm
yesterday dinner – big bowl of Lucky Charms at 5pm
(only 3 cans of diet coke all day at work instead of 5)
The gym I was going to join no longer exists … great, gotta find a gym now.
