zelda count

I’m past the half way point on the original Zelda which I downloaded for the Wii – So decided to make a list of how many I’ve beaten compared to how many were made. These are the one’s I’ve either beaten or will beat in the near future:

  1. 1986 – The Legend of Zelda – NES
  2. 1987 – Zelda II: The Adventures of Link – NES
  3. 1991 – The Legend of Zelda: A Link to The Past – SNES
  4. 2002 – The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker – GC
  5. 2007 – The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess – Wii

Now, I’m not going to count Zelda games made for systems I’ve never owned – like Gameboy or DS. So for the NES, SNES, N64, GC, and Wii – a total of 8 were released (I think) … I’ve beaten, or will have beaten, 5 … not too bad. Seems I skipped the N64 games (Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask) and the Gamecube’s Four Sword’s Adventure.
