my exploding head
OK, the addition of the Nintendo Wii in my life has caused a sensory overload. For those who don’t know it, the new system has a built in feature which allows you to download games from the older nintendo systems … and they’re pretty cheap ($5 to $10 each). As a man in my 30′s, I’m pretty nostalgic about my past “glory days” of being a teenager with a video game system and time to kill – lot’s of it. So now, of course, I need to have those old games asap. I’ve already downloaded the original Super Mario Bros., and the original The Legend of Zelda. I never played the original Zelda game before, so beating this game is a must. Super Mario Bros. is just a must have because of it’s video game historical significance (I can beat it – start to finish – in under 8 minutes). And lets not forget the Wii came with Wii Sports which is very cool in it’s own right – add the fact that I bought the newest Zelda game … Twilight Princess. So I’m currently trying to squeeze in the original zelda, the newest zelda, and wii sports …. but let’s not forget the games that I absolutely MUST HAVE which bring me back to my younger years:
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (Super Nintendo)
F-Zero (Super Nintendo)
Super Mario 64 (Nintedo 64)
These are available now, but I need more time. I need to figure out how to extend the days to longer than 24 hours
