cook ready
The “pots and pans upgrade” at the Milo house is nearly complete. Our entire collection is now Calphalon, but not all top of the line stuff – but even the low grade Calphalon is better than some of the crap we were using
We’re still missing a sauce pan in the 3.5 – 4 quart range, but other than that, we’re good. Here’s the run down:
Calphalon One 12″ frypan with lid
Calphalon Contemporary 10″ frypan (non-stick)
Calphalon Contemporary 8″ frypan (non-stick)
Calphalon One 7 quart sauteuse pan
Calphalon Try-Ply Stainless Steel 2.5 quart shallow sauce pan
Simply Calphalon 5 qart chilli pot (non-stick)(no link, doesn’t show on the website)
Calphalon 8 quart stock pot (no link, doesn’t show on the website)
Jessamyn really likes the Calphalon One … I’m a big fan of the Try-Ply Stainless – but they’re both top of the line and awesome to use. Now if I can learn to make more stuff
