Read the entire article before commenting or sending me e-mails. All the “Milo drinks too much Diet Coke” discussion is starting to get irritating. According to the article, I could drink 3 times more diet coke per day than I actually do, and it’d still be completely safe. It’s safe for children, pregnant women, and yes – even diabetics.

    1) this is not a medical article
    2) caffeine addictions are harmful in several ways
    3) it is still recommended that you drink 8 glasses of water (with NOTHING added) daily
