If you aren’t a little bit nerdy, please stop reading this and go on about your day
So I just recently loaded wordpress onto a jump drive which I carry around everywhere with me (on my key chain when not plugged in). I gotta say, I’m loving it. I can “jot” things down as I think of them in a quick, organized manner. Short term goals, things my daughter says and does as she grows up, things I wanna buy, foods I wanna cook, important dates, photo ideas, etc. Wordpress has categories and tagging, so sorting thru the posts are quick and easy … and I always have everything with me. Try it, it’s cool … if you’re a nerd, like me.

While I can’t sure with 100% certainty, I’m pretty sure this is the longest stint I’ve gone with the same website layout. I like the look of it a lot, but I’m also a huge fan of changing things up once and a while. For no, I’m not going to change anything as I’m pretty sure I’ll just end up back to this layout … it’s the best I’ve come up with so far. So what do I do? Good question, without a good answer. I can (and might) create another website just for the joy of making something new. But what would that website have on it that I couldn’t just put here? … nothing – so kind of a waste of time. I could track my upcoming shot at running a 1/2 marathon this year. I could track my constantly changing tastes concerning photography equipment and photo goals. I could create a recipe site with all of my favorite foods to make or thing s I want to make.
… but then what would I put on this site? Family related stuff – events, friends, etc
I don’t know … I’m just bored I guess
